Basic price for a standard seat is £8, but we are also seeking a
donation of £8 per seat.
See below for gift-aid details. This will help us to reclaim tax and

NOTES
SEAT
ALLOCATION
Once again we are having all-booked seating. If the seats you would
prefer are no longer available, we will do our best to seat you as
close as possible – and if you do not like them we will do our best to
accommodate you, subject to availability. See seating plan for
lay out and
indicate preference below. If you wish to sit close
to friends, please give details on the form, or else send the bookings
in together. Seats are allocated on a ‘first come’ basis.
TICKET
PRICING
We are seeking £16 for a standard ticket, as for the last few years.
This includes £8 basic cost plus a donation of £8. Provided everyone
pays the
donation (as they did last year) and initials the Gift Aid box, we are
able to claim tax rebate; this helps to fund the concerts and postpone
the need for
any price increase. Please treat my
donations as Gift Aid________
TICKET
To reduce risk of error we are not issuing separate tickets this year;
please retain your acknowledgement letter
to remind you where to sit. If you arebuying tickets for friends, and
need tickets to give to them, please tick here. Please supply separate tickets for all seats:

DISABILITY
If you would like wheelchair space, please phone 2 weeks beforehand, or
notify us at the time of booking.
All our support comes from personal
recommendations. If you know anyone who might like a brochure, or to be
included on our mailing list, please add their name and address to this
