HELPERS
The concerts would be completely impossible without our precious and dedicated team of helpers. "Help" includes putting up and taking down the stage, selling programmes, taking entrance money, showing people to their seats, helping to serve refreshmenst at intervals, putting out the seats, doing the flowers, providing strawberries and cream in your garden, paying bills, putting money in the bank, auditing the accounts, providing a space for car-parking, help with car-parking, providing accommodation for artists, storing things in your barn, providing photograps for bochures, writing the programme notes for the concert programmes, running the web-site, and so forth - so many different contributions from so many people all help to make things a success.
We have so many people helping that its a tribute to the communities we live in and is of iself one of the great things about Music at Leamington Hastings. However we need just as much help going forward, and ultimately will rely on a new generation of helpers. So if you want to help now, or in he future, please get in touch

PATRONS
The Patron scheme is intended to establish a core of charitable donors who give us the extra support we need, not just in monetary terms, but in terms of a deeper participation in concert and related matters, for example, discussing future programmes.
There are a number of advantages to becomong a patron of Music at Leamington Hastings
- A parking place close to the church in the adjacent carpark
- Receive details of the seasons conceets, and be able to book seats 1- 2 weeks ahead of non-patrons
- Invitation to one or more post-concert receptions with a chance, usually, to meet the artists
If you are interested in becoming a patron please contact Peter Ogilvie on 07970 757077, or contact David Potts, as above.
